This policy explains how Circular Storage collects, uses and protects personal data when you use this website, ask us for a quote or work with us. We are committed to handling your information in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

1. Who we are

CircularStorage Ltd, trading as Circular Storage, is the controller of your personal data.

Registered in England and Wales, company number 17496164.
Registered office: Mayfield, Duck Street, Staunton on Wye, HR4 7LP.
Email: hello@ostorage.co.uk

We are a business-to-business provider of storage, logistics and fabrication services. Most of the personal data we hold is the business contact details of people who work for our customers and suppliers.

2. The information we collect

When you use our Build Your Quote form, we collect the details you enter: your name, company, email address, phone number, VAT number, collection postcode, destinations, details of the assets you want stored and any notes you add.

When you contact us or become a customer, we collect the information you give us by email, phone or in person, plus what we need to run your contract: contact details for your team, delivery and collection addresses, invoicing and payment records, and records of the goods we store for you (including intake photographs).

When you visit the website, our hosting provider's servers automatically record technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. We use your IP address briefly to stop automated spam on the quote form.

After these periods, we securely delete or anonymise the data.

8. Keeping your data secure

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. These include encrypted (HTTPS) connections, storing quote documents outside the public part of our website behind single-use secure links, and limiting access to people who need it.
